2. In short

This website (plugins.agentur-aygoek.eu) sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not count visits and loads no content from third parties. We only process personal data where this is technically necessary to deliver the pages or when you write to us yourself.

3. Hosting and server

The website runs on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

To deliver the pages, the server processes your IP address, the date and time and the requested address on every request. We do not keep an access log of individual page requests. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).

4. Contact by email

When you write to us, for example with a support request, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns an extension you use or a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). We delete your data once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage.

5. Fonts

The fonts of this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

6. Encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS, shown by “https://” in the address bar.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). Simply send us an email.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the state or member state where you live or work.
